At CaspiRents, we understand that protecting your investment is one of your top priorities. That's why we offer our Risk Protection Guarantee to qualifying owner-clients.
Through thorough tenant screening, proactive property management, and proven leasing processes, we help reduce risk and provide added peace of mind. In the unlikely event that covered losses occur, we stand behind our services with the protections outlined below.
Included Protection
If a qualified tenant placed by CaspiRents causes covered losses that exceed the available security deposit, we will reimburse eligible expenses up to the limits listed below.

Eviction Legal Fee Protection
Up to $1,000 in qualifying eviction legal expenses
If a tenant placed and managed by CaspiRents requires eviction due solely to non-payment of rent, we will reimburse qualifying eviction-related legal expenses up to $1,000, after application of the tenant's security deposit and subject to the terms and conditions below.
Approved Pet Damage Protection
Up to $1,000 in eligible pet-related damages
If an approved pet causes property damage beyond normal wear and tear and the cost of repairs exceeds the tenant's security deposit, CaspiRents will reimburse eligible damages up to $1,000, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for coverage under the CaspiRents Risk Protection Guarantee:
- The owner must have an active Residential Management Agreement with CaspiRents that is in good standing.
- The owner must be current on all fees and in compliance with the terms of the Management Agreement.
- The tenant must have been screened, approved, and placed by CaspiRents.
- The tenant must be operating under a lease agreement prepared or approved by CaspiRents.
- Coverage applies only while CaspiRents actively manages the property.
- Coverage terminates immediately upon termination of the Residential Management Agreement.
